Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1111dt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the website located at https://1111dt.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, or services made available under the 1111dt brand.

By accessing the 1111dt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 1111dt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 1111dt.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1111dt platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

1111dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 1111dt platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 1111dt enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1111dt or any of its associated companies or game studio partners.
• You are not located in, or a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 1111dt or any other gambling platform for problem gambling reasons.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

1111dt may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, location, or source of funds. Acceptable documentation includes a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in account closure with forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the 1111dt platform — including making deposits, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on the 1111dt platform at any given time. Creating, operating, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1111dt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus balances, and void any pending or unsettled wagers across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf. 1111dt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of protection.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 1111dt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of your failure to secure your account credentials.

Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — and any updates made to your account profile thereafter — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information, including using a name that does not match your government-issued identification, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

1111dt supports a range of local and international payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:

Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your 1111dt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period; current limits are displayed within your account cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method originally used to fund your account. This is a firm anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day. 1111dt does not charge any withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 1111dt offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including account status, deposit history, and game restrictions) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly permit the stacking of offers.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a defined time window from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this window.
• 1111dt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion has been activated contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Bonuses credited as a result of errors, system faults, or fraudulent activity will be voided regardless of any wagering completed using those funds.

Bonus Abuse

1111dt actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, coordinated wagering across linked accounts, and manipulating bet patterns to circumvent the intent of wagering conditions. Accounts found engaging in any form of bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings arising from abusive activity forfeited.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 1111dt platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and arcade games. The rules for each product type are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 1111dt does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all product types. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical error, system outage, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 1111dt will review the affected round or wager and, where possible, resolve it in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. In cases where the outcome cannot be fairly determined, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• All casino games on the 1111dt platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the game studio supplying each title. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other licensed providers. Their house rules apply within those game environments in addition to 1111dt's general terms.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111dt platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Match fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using material non-public information, or on events the outcome of which you have any direct or indirect ability to influence.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the platform without human instruction in real time.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of a game or betting market, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Money laundering: Using 1111dt to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider relating to a deposit made on the 1111dt platform without first contacting our support team to resolve the matter directly.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at 1111dt staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Platform interference: Attempting to access, probe, scan, or compromise any part of the 1111dt technical infrastructure, including its databases, APIs, or game servers.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

1111dt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially criminal activity has been detected on or linked to the account.
• The account was registered by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed by our responsible gaming team.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires us to restrict the account.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 1111dt account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure after verifying your identity and ensuring that any pending wagers have been settled and any eligible real-money balance has been returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by 1111dt — you will lose access to the platform and all associated account history. Any real-money balance remaining on the account at the point of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Winnings that are subject to an active integrity review will be held pending the outcome of that review.

General Provisions

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111dt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical fault, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1111dt's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 1111dt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
